How can I make a complaint, claim, suggestion or positive comment?
The UPC Vilanova Campus has a number of processes that must be initiated in a particular way. In some cases, steps must be taken in a way that complies with certain rules and laws that apply. Specifically, for some matters related to enrolment, academic progress, assessment and other aspects of academic activity, complaints, claims, etc. must be submitted in a standardised way through the channels stipulated by regulations in force. In these cases, students enrolled in EPSEVG degrees should use the e-secretaria.
