At the Vilanova i la Geltrú School of Engineering (EPSEVG) ), we’re mindful of our responsibility when it comes to providing training for professionals in the field of engineering. We have a duty to equip our students with the knowledge and skills they’ll need to find employment and provide them with a foundation that enables them to successfully pursue further training over the course of their careers.
The main quality management objectives set by the EPSEVG management team are as follows:
- Ensure high-quality instruction in all degrees offered.
- Facilitate accreditation of EPSEVG degrees.
- Periodically assess the School’s visibility and profile in society and adopt continuous improvement strategies for teaching, research and transfer activities.
To achieve these general quality objectives, the School’s management team is committed to:
- Define and review the Quality Police and Objectives.
- Designing, implementing and maintaining an Internal Quality Assurance System.
- Using objective, predetermined indicators to measure the degree of achievement for degrees and proposed objectives by means of the Balanced Scorecard for the EPSEVG.
- Conducting a regular review of all processes based on indicators and results obtained, in order to ensure continuous improvement. Model for validation, monitoring, modification and accreditation of degrees.
- Ensuring public dissemination of the results achieved. EPSEVG ANNUAL REPORT .
- Introducing methods to determine the level of satisfaction of all stakeholders, and assessing results to increase satisfaction and participation.
- Improving quality is an objective for the School and, by extension, for the Vilanova Campus. Pursuing this goal is a way to work together for the good of the University and its environment, and a step towards developing a university model that delivers value to society. Tell us what you think.
